Common questions

“No AdMob account found”

The Google account you signed in with has no access to an AdMob publisher account. Tap Use another Google account and choose the one you use at admob.google.com.

“AdMob access denied”

Google did not grant the “See your AdMob data” permission, or a user on a shared AdMob account lacks reporting access. Tap Reconnect Google and keep the AdMob permission ticked.

My numbers differ from the AdMob website

Check that both show the same date range. Revenue uses your AdMob account’s reporting time zone and currency, just like the AdMob console. Today’s figures are estimates and refresh every few minutes; pull down to refresh.

“Range not available”

Custom ranges can cover up to 366 days, can’t end in the future (in your account’s time zone) and can go back about three years, which is how long AdMob keeps report data.

“AdMob is busy”

Google limits how many reports can be requested. Wait a minute and try again.

Delete your account and data

  1. Open Revenue → Settings.
  2. Tap Disconnect Google Account and confirm.

This revokes Revenue’s access at Google and permanently deletes your account, Google tokens, AdMob account records and sessions. You can also remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. If you no longer have the app, email us from the address of your Google account and we will delete it for you.
