Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Revenue iPhone app and its backend service (“Revenue”), provided by Minisoft. By using Revenue you agree to them. If you obtained Revenue from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where they conflict, Apple’s agreement prevails for matters it covers.
1. The service
Revenue displays reporting data from your own Google AdMob account, using read-only access you grant through Google Sign-In. Revenue is free of charge and offers no in-app purchases.
2. Your account
- You must be allowed to access the AdMob account you connect and be old enough to enter into these terms where you live.
- You are responsible for your Google account and your device. You can disconnect at any time in Settings → Disconnect Google Account, which deletes your Revenue account.
3. Data accuracy
Figures come directly from the AdMob API. Earnings are estimates reported by Google and may change until AdMob finalizes them; they are not a statement of payment. Always rely on your AdMob account for payment and tax purposes. Data may be delayed or temporarily unavailable when Google’s services are.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Revenue: no reverse engineering of the service’s security, no automated or excessive requests, no attempts to access data that is not yours, and no use that violates the law or Google’s or Apple’s terms. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service.
5. Third-party services
Revenue relies on Google (Sign-In and the AdMob API) and Apple. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services. AdMob and Google are trademarks of Google LLC; Revenue is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Google.
6. Intellectual property
Revenue, its design and code belong to Minisoft. Your AdMob data remains yours.
7. Disclaimer
Revenue is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that figures will match final AdMob payments.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Minisoft is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the figures shown. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and material changes will be announced in the app. We may discontinue Revenue; you may stop using it at any time.
